|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live And Awesome Staff — My wife and I have been living at the Parc Meridian since Dec 2016 and we could not be happier. The facilities are excellent and the staff office and maintenance does an awesome job. Everyone is extremely helpful and very friendly. We always get a greeting when leaving or returning home. Thank you Heather, Diana, and Matt for Welcoming us home ...that small comment is so appreciated and makes us feel welcomed

|Recommended: YesLike Living In A Hotel — Nice place to live like living in a nice modern hotel with nice amenities. It's certainly a diverse community with dogs galore. All the staff are very friendly and nice, including the front desk staff Dianne, Matt, Wayne, and ladies names I don't know , and office staff, including Zevar, Lisa and newcomers. All the maintenance staff are also good. Think the walls may be little thin, but the neighbors are quiet.
|Recommended: YesBest Place I Have Ever Lived — I have lived in apartments since I was 19 years old with the exception of 3 years that I owned a house. In all those years, I have only renewed a lease one other time and due to a job change didn't finish that second year of the lease. I just signed my renewal lease here at Parc Meridian, and unless something insanely drastic happens, I plan to stay here for a long LONG time It feels like home - nay - it IS home The amenities are great, the location is amazing. The people that work here are exceptional. My apartment is truly unique and fits my needs to a T . Honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else It's absolutely perfect And coming from me, someone that historically moves at the end of every lease if not sooner that says it all
|Recommended: YesLove It With A Few Small Exceptions — We love our apartment and our new building with its fresh, beautiful decor. The grounds are so lovely The employees at the front desk and business office are always a pleasure to be around, as well. They really try so hard to keep us all happy We do wish the apartment had a few upgrades, though, such as overhead lighting in the living room and bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a larger hot water heater. The latter is our biggest complaint and it is not a huge one the hot water heater is too small and set at too low a temperature to take a shower bath while also doing anything else that requires hot water laundry, dishwasher, a second person taking a shower . Overall, though, Parc Meridian at Eisenhower is an awesome place to live, and having the subway so close by is an added bonus.

|Recommended: YesParc Meridian Review — I would tell them its a nice and secure place to live..The lobby has a great.modern look with a nice lounge area outside. I would say the staff is nice and helpful. I would also say it does get really cold in the area at night.

They are a new building with a few bugs to work out, but they are dedicated to being a luxury living that is more than a nice pool, or community room, but also focuses on being about resident services.
