|Recommended: YesReview — Generally this is a great community and the property is kept in good repair. The maintenance team is responsive and professional. The only issue so far is the out door TVs and the rooftop firepit were a selling point but only one TV works and the other is in need of replacement and the firepit worked once while I have been here Generally the rooftop could use some maintenance Parking garage needs to be cleaned, there is several years of dust and residue settled throughout the garage that needs to be remove. Not sure how healthy it is

We're sorry to hear that we're not meeting all of your expectations. We are in the process of getting the television you reference replaced. As systems have changed since the community was built it's taking us a little longer to find the correct TV. The fire pit is in working order so if you experience any issues, please reach out to us at that time so that we can help. We have some work going on right now that will add a little dust to the garage and so are waiting to clean it until this work has been complete but it will be done in the near future. I’m aware that some rental properties consist of intelligent, honest, and considerate property management professionals. However, just like any industry, there are some smaller operators who are unprofessional and inconsiderate, but they do not represent the entire industry. So, I not overgeneralize my comments and simply speak to my experience at Parc Meridian.
Unfortunately, I’ve had an unpleasant experience at Parc Meridian I’ve been harassed, belittled, dehumanized, and received many disparaging comments from the leasing office and other residents. As much as I would love to engage in open discussions, even when they are uncomfortable topics, I do not feel safe to do so with fear that the apartment complex will retaliate.
That said, I would not recommend living here. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst energy. To be clear, I live in a beautiful unit however, the blatant racism toward African Americans is quite disgusting.
I was called a “Nigger” and instead of the leasing office making me feel like a valued member of the community, I was hit with additional fees on my rent and harassment around documentation on my emotional support animal. To be frank, it feels like a tactic to get rid of another black resident.
I no longer feel like a resident who is safe, supported, and connected to the community. Instead I feel like an outcast. Someone who the community doesn’t want on the property. It is clear that the other residents and leasing team are in cahoots.

As an African American male, I am highly disappointed in my experience at PARC Meridian. After relocating from Washington, DC, hoping to move into a safe, supportive, and all-inclusive living community, my experience has been quite the opposite. To be frank, I was called a nigger by another resident. Instead of addressing the situation, the leasing team ignored my concern and began harassing me about my music. Because I understand that music can cause frustration when people try to sleep, relax, or entertain their guests, I went to speak with the neighbor directly. The neighbor informed me that it's not the music it's the bass. As a result, I adjusted. However, I continued to be harassed. Therefore, as much as I enjoy Alexandria, this community is not welcoming of African American people.

When we receive noise complaints we are obligated to address them as it's our responsibility to ensure that all residents are able to enjoy their homes. We're sorry to hear that you had that experience with a neighbor and would suggest that you work through us as opposed to directly approaching a neighbor regarding any situations where there could be conflict. |Recommended: YesGlad to be Here — If you want upscale, you will love it here. Everybody has been friendly. Even the people who leave here actually say hello or good morning on the elevator. I don't have pets but it's very pet friendly. The view is amazing and it's quiet.. I can't ask for more. If you move here, I think you will definitely like it. My move in was awesome.

|Recommended: YesFinest Living — The leasing and service staff are wonderful. The community is accessible to a metro, stores, restaurants, business, and other industries within walking distance. The building and surroundings are beautiful and clean. Outside courtyard, rooftop deck with a pool, grill, entertainment area, and amazing views. And the gym, superb You don't need to leave the building unless you have to I am glad I chose Parc Meridian for my apartment home

|Recommended: YesReview — My partner and I are very happy to have found this apartment complex- it feels safe and luxurious, but is still one of the cheapest options we found that was near the metro. Maintenance has been showing up on the same day we submit the request and we really appreciate the gym, pool, and business center. It's also pet friendly which is great for us since our dog is not used to living in the city and she needs as much patience as possible. Our only problem was during move in- we scheduled the loading dock, but there was no room for our vehicle so it made it very difficult to unload due to there being no parking available. Overall, we have high hopes for this place.

|Recommended: YesParc Meridian is AWESOME — We moved into the building this past weekend. The staff was terrific they were attentive and responsive to our needs. My husband and I were also surprised by the friendliness of the residents. Honestly, everyone we ran into was nice One of the residents saw us with carts and asked if we were moving in. She told us she'd been there for about two years she then told us You're going to love it
We rented the apartment online and didn't tour the building beforehand, so we're delighted that Parc Meridian was all it seemed based on the reviews and the pictures on the website. My husband has been discriminating taste, and he loves the place. -
The neighborhood around the building looks terrific as well. We can't wait to get settled in so we can start exploring If you choose Parc Meridian, you won't be disappointed.
