The location cannot be beaten and the amenities put it over the top. If you're looking for a great place to live in with high-end finishes, working elevators, clean public areas, and same-day maintenance, look no further than the Parc.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Complex And Staff — The build, appliances and finishes in each apartment are clean, modern and high end. The common areas, outdoor deck and garden are equally nice. The staff is awesome. I've lived in many apartment complexes over my lifetime, and this is my favorite.

The appliances are modern, the designs are clean and sleek, and the property offers many conveniences overall. The staff are friendly, engaging, and do their best to accommodate the residents.

|Recommended: YesHanicap Accessible Limitations - Wheelchair Acccessible — The building appearance is splendid but the functionality for users in a wheelchair are very limited.
The shared doors for facilities such as gym, club house, dog salon, trash rooms and even the front entry into the lobby.
They don't take into account user in wheel chair to have a button for doors to open. I know if I have to ask someone to accompany me to those sites. This robs me of my independence if I'm alone and maneuvering with items in my arms when trying to mobilize my chair, it becomes frustrating.

They answered all of my questions and gave me the space to think evaluate and decide. I appreciate the warm greeting from the team and was blown away by the security and commitment to excellence here.
