|Recommended: YesParc Meridian is AWESOME — We moved into the building this past weekend. The staff was terrific they were attentive and responsive to our needs. My husband and I were also surprised by the friendliness of the residents. Honestly, everyone we ran into was nice One of the residents saw us with carts and asked if we were moving in. She told us she'd been there for about two years she then told us You're going to love it
We rented the apartment online and didn't tour the building beforehand, so we're delighted that Parc Meridian was all it seemed based on the reviews and the pictures on the website. My husband has been discriminating taste, and he loves the place. -
The neighborhood around the building looks terrific as well. We can't wait to get settled in so we can start exploring If you choose Parc Meridian, you won't be disappointed.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Everything is great, only issues is the noise from the highway but not exactly something that can be controlled. The windows go a good bit in dampening the noise but don't eliminate it.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Staff, Great Location — Parc Merdian has a great location and awesome staff, I recommend finding a way to have an emergency contact that's not outsourced. The emergency number is only for maintenance and not for lost keys.

|Recommended: YesAWESOME TO THE MAX, AND THEN SOME — Well I'm a city guy from NYC and I wish I had moved here sooner. These apts are fantastic There's a great gym and pool, the staff is quite friendly and the amenities are incredible. There's plenty of underground parking, the neighborhood has a city vibe, you're within walking distance to the metro, several restaurants, a movie theater, and great access to the Beltway. Definitely a 5 star experience

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — So far our experience has been wonderful, we just moved here, although they forgot to turn on the heater before we moved into our unit, our first shower was a very cold one, but we forgive Parc meridian because so far we have been happy here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live Overall — If you're looking for convenience and being close to the city this is the place. You're right next to metro, old town alexandria. If you're a major foodie like me its great since you have many options to choose from. The only down side to this place if any would be parking. Especially if you have more than one vehicle which is the case for me, its a bit pricy but understandable as its covered, and private entrance.
The staff here is great, knowledgeable and courteous. Maintenance comes here super fast within 24 hours from my experience. This is my second time coming back here and would come back again if the opportunity arises.

|Recommended: YesVery Pleased — Since I have lived at Parc Meridian I have been pleasantly surprised of how little I hear my neighbors. I can still hear the flushing toilet and food disposal from the unit above me but that is usually all. The overall complex is beautiful and the staff is always friendly I have really enjoyed it so far
