Great appartement, with its highlights and flaws...submitted by Voung-Jolie H. - |Recommended: YesFrom my two years at the buildings, here is what I can come up with Pro - Nice building - Front desk personals are amazing thumbs up - Maintenance is incredibly fast and helpful - Love the fact that we have free little surprise and there such as happy hour ice cream or free fitness classes - Gym and roof top terasse is a plus The good things is that the gym is big enough to accommodate everyone Cons - With 1000s residents in the apartments, you can imagine how it is with one coffee machine and 4 bbq grills at peak time and all the perks offered by the buildings. Also, the free herbs on the ground level disappear in not even a week... - We had issues with appliances such as the fridge who gave up on us two times and lost all our food and the dishwasher that never washed properly. - Package lost with the automated system, We already received 4 packages that didn't belong to us, and lost ourself 4 packages... Fortunately Amazon is understanding... -Garage Parking Maintenance it happened once that they had to shut down one level, and it was a mess as the restricted parking spaces were still applicable and they didn't have enough space for everyone Poor front desk lady, she had to deal with the mess with no help

We know that appliance issues can come up from time to time, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are happy to offer amazing amenities to our residents and we understand your frustration regarding crowding in the amenity spaces. We are constantly looking for new ways to enhance the resident experience and sincerely appreciate your feedback. In regard to your package concerns, the carrier is responsible for putting the packages in the concierge system. If a resident receives a package that does not belong to them we ask that they please bring it to the front desk, so it can be redirected.
